聚丙烯纤维 CF-PP
  是采用纤维级聚丙烯为原料,经特殊工艺加工处理而形成的高强度束状单丝有机纤维,其固有的耐强酸,耐强碱,弱导热性,具有极其稳定的化学性能。加入混凝土或砂浆中可有效的控制混凝土(砂浆)固塑性收缩、干缩、温度变化等因素引起的微裂缝,防止及抑止裂缝的形成及发展,大大改善混凝土的阻裂抗渗性能,抗冲击及抗震能力,可以广泛的使用于地下工程防水,工业民用建筑工程的屋面、墙体、地坪、水池、地下室等,以及道路和桥梁工程中。是砂浆/混凝土工程抗裂,防渗,耐磨,保温的新型理想材料。

主要功能:
作为混凝土的次要加强筋材料,创成纤维CF-PP可大大提高其抗裂、抗渗、抗冲击、抗震、抗冻、抗冲磨、抗爆裂、抗老化性能及和易性、泵送性、保水性。

使用说明
建议掺量:
砂浆建议每方砂浆掺量为:0.9-1.2kg
混凝土建议每方混凝土掺量为:0.6-1.8kg(仅供参考)
施工工艺:纤维本身为惰性材料同混凝土骨料、外加剂、掺合料和水泥都不会有任何化学反应,纤维的掺加不改变原混凝土的配合比,对各种骨料的性能指标无特殊要求。施工时,根据配比直接将纤维投入搅拌机。对搅拌及施工工艺没有特别的要求,只要适当保证搅拌时间即可使用。使用步骤如下:
1、据每次搅拌混凝土的方量,按照配合比要求(或建议掺量)正确计量每次加入纤维的重量。
2、砂石料备好后,将纤维加入。建议使用强制式搅拌机。
3、将集料连同纤维一起加入搅拌机,但须注意应保证纤维加在集料之间,干拌30秒左右,加入水泥和水,湿拌30秒左右,使纤维充分分散。
4、搅拌完成后随机取样,如纤维已均匀分散成单丝,则混凝土可投入使用,如果仍有成束纤维则延长搅拌时间20-30秒,即可使用。
5、加入纤维的混凝土同普通混凝土施工及养护工艺完全相同。
注意事项:
1. 创成纤维只作为混凝土的“次要加强筋”,而非结构受力钢筋,所以创成纤维的掺入不能改变原设计中的配筋率。
2. 创成纤维不能取代结构性的加强材料,不能单独用于沉降和受强大外力冲击抗裂的场合,不可因为使用创成纤维而减少主结构的尺寸,使用创成纤维的施工和养护仍要严格按照国家有关规定及惯例进行。
3. 创成纤维的存放防止阳光长时间直接照射。

The inherent abilities of anti-acid and alkali, weak thermal conductivity, enable it to possess stable chemical properties. It can effectively control micro-cracks caused by solid plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage, temperature changes or other factors of the concrete (mortar), thus preventing and suppressing the crack’s formation and development, greatly improving anti-crack impermeability impact and seismic capacity of the concrete. It can be widely used in the underground waterproofing project, industrial civil project concerned with roof, wall, floor, pool, basement etc., as well as highway and bridge projects. It is the new ideal material of resisting crack, seepage, abrasion in mortar / concrete engineers.

Instructions for use
Recommended dosage:
mortar : recommended dosage is that per mortar adds 0.9-1 .2 kg
concrete: recommended dosage is that per concrete adds 0.6-1 .8 kg (just for reference)
 
Construction technology: the fiber itself is an inert material, having no chemical reaction with concrete aggregate, admixtures, mixtures and cement. It doesn’t change the original mixing ratio of concrete, having no special requirements to performance indicators of various aggregates. Cast the fiber into the roller immediately according to the ratio when conduct the process. As long as it ensures the appropriate blending time, there’s no special requirements to blending and construction technology.
 
According to the following steps:
1、According to the amount of the concrete blended every time, calculate the right weight of the fiber in accordance with the ratio requirements (or recommended adding content)
2、After sand and gravel material are prepared, cast the fiber into the machine. It is recommended to use the compulsory roller.
3、Cast the aggregate together with the fiber into the roller, but it should be noted to  ensure the fiber fully mixed with the aggregate, then dry mix about 30 seconds. After that add cement and water with wet mix about 30 seconds, in order to make fibers disperse sufficiently.
4、Conduct random sampling after blending is completed. If fiber evenly disperses into single monofilaments, concrete can be put into use; if there is still bunch fiber, then just extend the blending time of 20-30 seconds.
5、Construction and maintenance process of concrete mixed with fiber is identical with ordinary concrete.
 
Notes:
1. Chuang Cheng fiber is only regarded as concrete’s “secondary rib”, rather than the structural reinforced concrete, so the added fiber cannot change the ratio of reinforcement ratio in the original design.
2. Chuang Cheng fiber cannot replace structural reinforced material, and cannot be used in occasions of settlement or great force, impact and crack. It shouldn’t reduce size of the main structure due to the use of Chuang Cheng fiber.

The construction and maintenance of Chuang Cheng fiber must be strictly carried out according to relevant state regulations and practices.
3. Chuang Cheng fiber must be stored against the sun, avoiding immediate sunlight.
