聚丙烯腈纤维 CF-PAN
  是我公司与国内著名科研单位共同开发的、针对中国市场,一种专门用于沥青混凝土或水泥混凝土中起到增强防裂作用的新型加筋纤维,它又称腈纶纤维,是由100%聚丙烯腈树脂经特殊工艺加工而成的合成纤维。
作为混凝土的次要加筋材料,聚丙烯腈纤维可明显地提高混凝土的韧性及抗冲击性能,并有效地阻止裂缝的产生和发展,提高混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻性等耐久性能。另外作为加强沥青混凝土的产业用纤维产品,它不仅可以大大改善沥青路面的粘结性、高温稳定性、疲劳耐久性,并且具有低温防裂和防止反射裂缝的性能。有效提高抗拉、抗剪、抗压及抗冲击强度。它在混凝土中的巨大作用和使用前景已经越来越被工程界所认识和接受。

使用说明:
一、应用比例
1、水泥混凝土的掺量
(1)、一般每立方米混凝土纤维掺量为0.5-1.0kg;
(2)、根据砂料、石料、水泥用量的变化及工程对抗裂的要求,可适当调整纤维掺量,最高掺量为1.5kg/m3。
  建议:不同的集料颗粒级配对掺混效果影响很大,故尽可能选择良好的级配。
2、沥青混凝土的掺量
掺量可参照CF-PET沥青路面专用聚酯纤维!
二、施工工艺
  在水泥砂浆/混凝土工程中的施工工艺可参照聚丙烯纤维CF-PP;
  在沥青混凝土工程中的施工工艺可参照聚酯纤维CF-PET。
It's a new type of reinforced fiber, specifically used for asphalt concrete or cement concrete to enhance anti-crack ability, which is developed for Chinese market by famous domestic scientific research units and our company. It is also known as acrylic fiber, a kind of synthetic fiber, made from 100% polyacrylonitrile resin through special processes.
As the secondary reinforcement material for concrete, polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve toughness and impact resistance of the concrete, effectively prevent generation of the crack, and improve impermeability, frost resistance and other durability of the concrete. In addition, as the industrious fiber product used to strengthen asphalt concrete, it can not only improve adhesion, high temperature stability, fatigue durability of the asphalt pavement greatly, but also possesses performances of crack resistance in low temperature and against reflective cracking. Moreover, it can effectively improve the tensile, shear, compression and impact strength, whose giant role and application prospect in concrete has been increasingly recognized and accepted by the engineering field.

Instructions for use:
Ratio of application
1. Content added in cement concrete
(1) Generally add 0.5-1.0kg of the fiber per cubic meter concrete
(2) Adjust the added content of the fiber according to the desired amount of sand material, stone or cement and anti-crack requirement of the engineering appropriately; the maximum dosage is 1.5kg/m3.
Suggestions: gradation of different aggregate particles has a great effect for blending, so choose good gradation as far as possible.
 
2. Added content of the asphalt concrete
The dosage may refer to the CF-PET polyester fiber specially used for asphalt pavement.
Construction technology
The construction technology in cement mortar / concrete can refer to polypropylene fiber CF - PP;

The construction technology in asphalt concrete can refer to polyester fiber CF-PET.
