聚丙烯网状纤维 CF- PPW
  又称为网状聚丙烯纤维、网状纤维、聚丙烯纤维网,它是以改性聚炳烯为原料,经挤压、拉伸、成网、表面改性处理、短切等工序加工而成。纤维外观为多根纤维单丝相互交连而成的网状结构。当网状纤维投入到混凝土后,网状纤维被挤压撕开成为一根根两头带钩形的单丝且相互牵扣多向分布,增强了纤维和混凝土的粘接力。大量纤维在混凝土中呈三维立体分布,提供网状承托作用,从根本上改变混凝土的抗裂、抗冲击、抗疲劳、抗磨损性能,大大提高混凝土的韧性及变形能力,从而大大提高混凝土工程质量。作为一种新型的混凝土增强纤维,聚丙烯网状纤维正成为纤维混凝土科学研究的应用领域的新热点。

作用机理:
  水泥混凝土在硬化过程中,会引起混凝土体积收缩,在后期又由于混凝土中水份挥发引起干缩,这些收缩应力超出水泥基本的抗拉强度就会引起微裂缝。策裂缝大多是在凝胶期完成,此时混凝土抗拉强度很小。在混凝土中加入纤维后,纤维能迅速均匀分布在混凝土中形成一种立体乱向支撑体系,分散了混凝土的定向应力,阻丝混凝土中原生裂缝的发生和发展,消除或减少微裂缝的数量和长度大大提高混凝土的抗渗能力,增强韧性,从而延长混凝土的使用寿命。

It is also known as reticular polypropylene fiber, reticular fiber, polypropylene fiber web, which is made from modified polypropylene, with processes of squeezing, stretching, networking, surface modification, chopping etc. The fiber is of network structure resulting from several cross-connected monofilament fibers. When cast into concrete, the reticular fiber is squeezed and torn into two head hook-shaped monofilaments connecting with each other and distributing multi-directionally, so as to enhance adhesion capacity of the fiber and concrete. It appears as three-dimensional distribution when large quantities of fiber are blended into concrete, playing a role of networking support, fundamentally changing the concrete’s ability of cracking resistance, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, also remarkably improving its toughness and deformation capacity, therefore greatly improving quality of concrete construction. As a new type of concrete reinforced fiber, polypropylene reticular fiber is becoming the new hot spot of scientific research in the field of fiber concrete’s application.

Mechanism of action:
The process of cement concrete hardening will cause volume shrinkage on concrete, at a later stage it will lead to further shrinkage because moisture volatiles in the concrete. If shrinkage stress exceeds cement’s basic tensile strength, it will cause micro-crack. Planned cracks are mostly finished in the gel phase when concrete tensile strength is weak. When fiber is added into the concrete, it can be quickly and evenly distributed in the concrete, forming a three-dimensional chaos support system, which decentralizes directional stress of the concrete, hinders crack occurrence and development, eliminates or reduces the number and length of micro-cracks, considerably improves impermeability of the concrete, enhances toughness, finally extends its service life.
