颗粒状木质素纤维

由纯絮状纤维经物理作用制成的高质量高纯度的颗粒状木质纤维。主要机理是纤维使沥青牢牢地在集料的表面形成一层沥青膜;并由于纤维的作用使该层沥青膜变厚,从而大幅度地提高了沥青层的抗老化能力,大大地延长其使用寿命。路用纤维适用于SMA沥青路面,纤维加强型沥青路面,开级配或透水沥青路面水泥路面加罩,透水沥青混合料。

加强作用 ―
纤维在沥青混合料中形成三维网筋。在低温情况下,有一定程度的抗开裂作用。
稳定作用 ―
纤维能稳定沥青膜。在高温时,纤维内部空间吸持了部分受热膨胀的沥青,不致成为自由沥青,从而防止泛油,提高了高温稳定性。
吸持作用 ―
纤维稳定剂在沥青混合料中通过纤维表面对沥青的吸附作用,吸持住更多的沥青。使得集料表面形成更厚的沥青结构膜,提高混合料的耐久性。在生产、运输和摊铺的过程中由于自身重力的原因,沥青会流淌到混合料底部。拌和过程中加入纤维稳定剂后,纤维以其特有的三维网状结构牢固地将沥青吸持住,防止沥青的滴漏和离析。并且纤维具有极强的加劲特性,能大大增强沥青砂浆。从而极大地提高了沥青混合料的高、低温稳定性。
分散作用 ―
纤维稳定剂具有良好的分散性,它能使沥青、矿粉等组份在混合料中均匀分散。防止形成胶团状物质而导致的路面油斑。
增稠作用 ―
纤维能增加沥青与矿粉的粘附性,大大提高沥青玛蹄脂的粘度,加强集料间的粘结能力,起到增强沥青混合料的作用。

使用说明
● 建议掺量:通常用量为混合料质量的0.3%(具体执行设计用量)。
● 包装:10kg/袋、15kg/袋、20kg/袋(根据客户要求可定制)
● 施工工艺:间隙式拌合机可采用人工投料,投料时可将纤维整袋在热集料投料时一同投入;
连续式拌合机可使用纤维喂料机投料。
Granular cellulose fiber
    This granular cellulose fiber is of high quality and high purity which is made of pure floc fiber through physical effect. The main mechanism is that this fiber can make asphalt firmly adhere to the aggregate surface, further form a layer of asphalt membrane; moreover the asphalt membrane thickens due to this fiber, thus substantially improves anti-aging ability of the asphalt layer and extends its service life. Road-use fiber can be applied to SMA asphalt pavement, fiber reinforced asphalt pavement, open-graded or permeable asphalt pavement, concrete pavement cover, permeable asphalt mixture.

Strengthening role Fiber in asphalt mixture can form a three-dimensional network. At low temperatures, it can resist cracking to some degree.
Stabilizing effectThis fiber can stabilize asphalt membrane. At high temperatures, part of the expanded asphalt will be absorbed in fiber's interior space, so as to avoid becoming free asphalt, further prevent weeping, and improve high temperature stability.
Sorption capacity—Fiber stabilizer can absorb more asphalt in asphalt mixture through the fiber surface's sorption ability of asphalt, so the surface of  aggregate can form a thicker asphalt structure membrane, and improve the mixture's durability. Due to its own gravity in the process of production, transportation and paving, asphalt will flow to the bottom of the mixture. However after adding fiber stabilizer in the mixing process, the fiber can firmly hold asphalt due to its unique three-dimensional network structure, thus prevent dripping and segregation of the asphalt. Moreover the fiber has a strong stiffening feature, which greatly strengthens the asphalt mortar, thus tremendously enhances the low & high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
Dispersion abilityFiber stabilizer has good dispersion ability, which enables asphalt, slag, and other components in the mixture disperse evenly, therefore prevent the formation of gelatinoid substances which lead to road grease spots.
Thickening effect—The fiber can increase adhesion of the asphalt and mineral powder, greatly improving the viscosity of the mastic asphalt, strengthening the bonding capacity between aggregate, thus playing a role in enhancing asphalt mixture.
 
Instructions for use
● Recommended dosage: usually 0.3% the amount of the mixture weight (specific implementation according to the required dosage).
● Package: 10kg / bag, 15kg / bag, 20kg / bag (can be customized)
● Construction technology: gap blending machine can adopt artificial feeding. When feeding, cast fiber bags with the hot aggregate synchronously.
                      Continuous mixing machine can adopt fiber feeder to cast materials.
