木质素纤维CF-MC
是天然木材经过化学处理得到的有机纤维,外观为棉絮状,呈白色或灰白色。通过筛选、分裂、高温处理、漂白、化学处理、中和、筛分成不同长度和粗细度的纤维以适应不同应用材料的需要.由于处理温度高达260℃以上,在通常条件下是化学上非常稳定的物质,不为一般的溶剂、酸、碱腐蚀,具有无毒、无味、无污染、无放射性的优良品质,不影响环境,对人体无害,属绿色环保产品,这是其它矿物质素纤维所不具备的。纤维微观结构是带状弯曲的,凹凸不平的,多孔的,交叉处是扁平的,有良好的韧性、分散性和化学稳定性,吸水能力强,有非常优秀的增稠抗裂性能。

主要功能:广泛用于沥青道路、混凝土、砂浆、石膏制品、木浆海棉等领域,对防止涂层开裂、提高保水性、提高生产的稳定性和施工的合宜性、增加强度、增强对表面的附着力等有良好的效果。其技术作用主要是:触变、防护、吸收、载体和填充剂。
木质素纤维在建筑保温材料中的作用:
木质纤维易分散在保温材料中形成三维空间结果,并能吸附自重6-8倍的水分。这种结合特点提高了材料的和易性能,操作性能,抗滑坠性能,加快了施工速度;木质纤维尺寸稳定性和热稳定性在保温材料中起到了很好的保温抗裂作用;木质纤维的传输水分功能使得浆料表面与基层界面水化反应充足,从而提高了保温材料的表面强度、与基层的粘结强度和材料强度的均匀性。这些性能使得木质纤维在保温材料中成为不可缺少的添加剂。
●木质纤维素不溶于水、弱酸和碱性溶液;PH值中性,可提高系统抗腐蚀性。
●木质纤维素比重小、比表面积大,具有优良的保温、隔热、隔声、绝缘和透气性能,热膨胀均匀不起壳不开裂;更高的湿膜强度及覆盖效果。
●木质纤维素具有优良的柔韧性及分散性,混合后形成三维网状结构,增强了系统的支撑力和耐久力,能提高系统的稳定性、强度、密实度和均匀度。
●木质纤维的结构粘性,使加工好的预制浆料(干湿料)的均匀性保持原状稳定并减少系统的收缩和膨胀,使施工或预制件的精度大大提高。
●木质纤维具有很强的防冻和防热能力,当温度达到150℃能隔热数天;当高达200℃能隔热数十小时;当超过220℃也能隔热数小时。
木质素纤维在沥青公路混凝土中的作用:
纤维沥青混合料路面的最大优点是可以防治一些特殊的路面病害,如反射裂缝、早期损害等,同时还可以改善路面的各项路用性能,提高其高温稳定性,增强低温抗裂能力,提高路面疲劳寿命,使沥青路面的使用寿命得以延长。而且与其他路面技术相比(如SMA、改性沥青、纤维格栅)又有其独特的经济优势。
●防止各种塑性和机械性收缩、离析等因素而导致的非结构性裂缝,可增加混凝土在塑性阶段的延性,提高了混凝土的粘聚性和保水性,改善了混凝土的和易性,从而减少了离析,泌水和沉降,从而有效地防止了前期的收缩和沉降裂缝的产生。
●在混凝土硬化阶段提高了混凝土的抗冲击强度,疲劳强度。能有效减少裂隙,增加材料介质连续性,减少了冲击波被阻断引起的局部应力集中现象;能吸收冲击能量,特别在初裂后有继续吸收冲击能量的能力,同时能够使裂缝宽度扩展缓慢;能够延长混凝土的疲劳寿命,提高混凝土在疲劳过程中刚度的保持能力。
●提高了混凝土轴向抗拉强度和变曲抗拉强度。混凝土是一种脆性材料,它的抗拉强度很低,一般只有抗压的6%-12%,由于抗拉强度比较低,当混凝土表面出现较大拉应力时容易形成开裂,从而严重降低了混凝土的耐久性,掺入纤维的混凝土在保证抗压强度的前提下,能有效降低混凝土的脆性,提高抗折强度从而提高了混凝土的耐久性,为有效解决混凝土的质量通病开辟了良好前景。

It is a kind of organic fiber derived from natural wood that is chemically treated. It appears like cotton wool, white or gray. Through filter, split, high temperature treatment, bleaching, chemical treatment, neutralizing, screening, this fiber will be sorted into kinds of different length and thickness in order to accommodate needs of different materials. As the processing temperatures is up to 260 ℃ or more, it is  chemically very stable under normal conditions, against corrosion by general solvent, acid and alkaline, with good quality of non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, non-radioactive, and has no influence to environment as well as no harm to human beings ,which belongs to the green products. However other mineral fibers don’t possess these qualities. The microstructure of this fiber is like ribbon bent, while uneven, porous, and flat at the intersection, with great toughness, dispersion and chemical stability. It has excellent water absorption capacity , great thickening ability and crack-resistance property.

Main functions: it is widely used in the field of asphalt roads, concrete, mortar, plaster products, wood pulp sponge, which has good effects in preventing cracking of the coating surface, improving water retention, fabrication stability as well as construction suitability, increasing strength, and enhancing surface adhesion, etc.Its main technological function is: thyrotrophic, protection, absorption, carrier and filler.
 
Cellulose fiber’s insulation functions in construction materials:
Cellulose fiber is easily dispersed in the insulation materials to form a three-dimensional space and can absorb 6-8 times the weight of its own self. This combination feature enhances material's workability, handle ability, slide-resistance  and improves construction's speed; its dimensional stability and thermal stability play a leading role in heat preservation and crack resistance in  insulation materials ; the function that cellulose fiber can transfer moisture make hydration between the slurry surface and the primary interface adequately , thereby increases the surface strength of the insulation material, uniformity of the primary bond strength and material strength. These properties make cellulose fiber an indispensable additive in insulation materials.
●Cellulose fiber does not dissolve in water, weak acid and alkaline solution; neutral PH value, so it can increase system's corrosion-resistance.
●Cellulose fiber is of low weight while large surface area, with excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, isolation and air permeability, thermal expansion uniform with no shell or crack; higher wet film strength and better coverage effect.
●Cellulose fiber has excellent flexibility and dispersibility, when mixed it forms into a three-dimensional structure, which enhances support force and durability of the system, and improve system's stability, strength, density and uniformity.
● The viscosity of cellulose fiber's structure make the uniformity of manufactured prefabricated slurry (wet and dry materials) remain stable and reduce shrinkage and expansion of the system, also improve construction or recast’s accuracy greatly.
●Cellulose fiber has strong capacity of antifreezing and heat-shielding; when the temperature reaches 150 ° C it can insulate heat a few days; when up to 200 ° C dozens of hours; when more than 220 ° C a few hours.
 
Cellulose fiber's function in concrete of the asphalt road:
The biggest advantage of fiber asphalt mixture pavement is that it can prevent  pavement distresses ,such as reflective cracking, early damage etc., but also improve pavement performance and increase its stability in high temperature, enhance ability of anti-cracking in low temperature, and improve pavement fatigue life, so as to extend asphalt pavement life. Compared with other pavement technology (such as SMA, modified asphalt, fiber grid), it has its own unique economic advantages.
●It can prevent non-structural crack resulted from various plastic and mechanical contraction, segregation or other factors, increase ductility of concrete in plastic stage, enhance concrete's cohesiveness and water retention, also improve concrete's workability, thereby to reduce segregation, bleeding and settlement, prevent early shrinkage and settlement cracks effectively .
●Improve impact strength and fatigue strength during stage of concrete hardening; reduce fracture effecting, and increase continuity of material media, also reduce local stress concentration caused by blocked shock wave; absorb impact energy, especially has the ability to continue to absorb impact energy after first crack, while slow expansion of the crack width; be able to extend concrete's fatigue life and improve concrete's capacity of stiffness retention in the fatigue process.
●Improve concrete's axial tensile strength and bending tensile strength. Concrete is a kind of brittle material with low tensile strength, generally whose compressive strength is only 6% -12%. Due to relatively low tensile strength, when the concrete surface appears heavy tensile stress, it is easy to form cracks, which reduces the concrete's durability seriously. However concrete mixed with fiber can ensure compressive strength on premise, further reduce brittleness of concrete effectively, and improve the flexural strength, thus to enhance concrete's durability, opening up a bright prospect of resolving concrete's common quality problem effectively.

Instructions for use:
Recommended dosage: usually 0.3% the amount of the mixture’s weight, specific implementation according to the required dosage.

Construction technology: gap mixing machine can be used through artificial operation, that fiber bags can be cast into the machine at the same time when hot aggregates  gather; Continuous mixing machine can use  fiber batch feeder to operate.
